Pride Awards

Our PRIDE awards are divided into four different categories, and are held quarterly. Any employees that have gone above and beyond are nominated by others for a chance to win an award which comes with a cash prize.

Sales Awards

Our Sales team work really hard throughout the year, and we like to celebrate their achievements and success with an annual awards ceremony. The outstanding sales performers are recognised, with our sales person of the year receiving a large cash bonus.

2019’s awards ceremony took place at the Mermaid Theatre, London, and featured an inspirational talk from former world javelin record holder Steve Backley, pictured below presenting awards alongside our CEO Lee Wade, Managing Director Mukesh Bavisi, and Sales Director John Kyrillou.

Culture Club

We are passionate about our people’s voices being heard, which is why we created the Culture Club. It’s a place where representatives from across the business can meet monthly to discuss ways to improve the working environment at Exponential-e. They help come up with new initiatives, help to fundraise for charity and organise fun company events. We like to think of Exponential-e as one big happy family, and put on regular family events that you can bring your partner and kids along to!

The Women's Network

The Women’s Network was created to help women working at Exponential-e build relationships and share their knowledge and experiences with each other. Women and men attend the Network’s regular networking events, featuring talks from inspiring speakers, and the Network also puts on fun and relaxing activity sessions, such as Women’s Walking Wednesday.
